Nothing fancy. Maple and a black/white/black purfling. After I cut and sanded the headstock to shape, I routed a ledge for the purfling. Then I routed a ledge for the binding. Selected some binding material. Bent my pieces on an electric bending iron. Glue and tape. I sand the binding bevels on the maple to length and one end of the purfling. I run the purfling long and trim it to length with a razor blade as we clean up the glue squeeze out. Let it dry, sand it down, and it looks like this. I'll be back. ;D Glen

I sanded the edges a little bit. Cleaned off the little bit that was hanging over where the nut goes. And that is close enough. And were off to the next step. Glen
