Herb suggested I have a "stickie." I don't know how to do it yet, but this will be ok to post to. The reason for "The Wharf in Exile" was because I felt our community deserved a place to post on primarily the election/politics, but also to keep religion, current events, and yes-maybe some music topics.
I want to post that once "The Loading Dock" is reopened, I would send out a PM to all, and close down. I made a concerted attempt to invite anyone to join in--even those you know I have had disagreements with. I am NOT looking for a "clique" or a bunch of "yes-men/women."
This as of now, a "stop-gap." Maybe this will give us all a needed respite. THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE COMPETITION.
Last (SORRY to wax on so long!), thanks to you who registered here. It tells me we have a common need to communicate and discuss an unprecedented epoch in U.S. History. So, let's get on with the debate, discussion, whatever. Thanks for reading! ;D
