So....this is post 60,082. Arrrrrgh! Would someone please help me go back and find our 60,000th prize winner?
If #60,000 does not wish to win the fabulous prize I have planned for him/her, we'll move up 1 post until we have a happy winner.....
Sheesh. I'm not being a very good hostess. Sorry.

Not sure how to do that...
The home page says something like 59,186 posts so far.

I found it.... author=wstepanek board=politics thread=2415 post=60000 time=1331393758]
I thought it was FL-look.
I had to change "most recent posts" to 90 in order to search back... So....what say you, wstepanek? I will PM you, you lucky Wharfie!

I'm not sure why the post count differs on the homepage, but I'm thinking maybe the posts in the General section aren't counted for some reason. You can see the actual post count any time you quote a poster....

New Winner!!Post # 60,001 author=imwjl board=politics thread=2418 post=60001 time=1331394181
Maher's jokes related to Santorum's sex life are related his apparent dislike of sex for anything other than procreation purposes. The vibrator joke was really aimed at Santorum, not his wife. Distasteful? Sure, but it was a reference to Santorum's political positions. [/quote] Distasteful maybe, but all made funny to me when I overheard women I work with say they'd choose vibrator over him. This one made me laugh too - note the gardening tips to help keep it on topic.[/blockquote] What do you say, imwjl?

I think this needs a SCOTUS decision.

The Wharf Prize Patrol has selected the fabulous prize, packed it, and mailed it from Florida to imwjl's home. It should arrive tomorrow or Wednesday.... (This venture has made me significantly more religious, in that I have been praying since I mailed it that it arrives in one piece. You'll see why when imwjl reports back to the group. If all is lost, I took photos before I sent it off.)
Hopefully imwjl will photograph it in its new place of honor in his home!! ;D

Hi, Thank you! It made it in once piece! Sorry for the brevity, but didn't want to delay, but have to have lunch and get to a work site. Thanks again. Attachments:

Hooray!! I bet God's tired of hearing from me. I kept thinking you'd get a pile of sand, and wonder what in the world I was thinking of. I loved these sandcastles--from the famous Shell Factory here in Fort Myers... It seemed to be a good prize with a nautical theme. The castle is really made from sand, and is all sparkly (which doesn't show up well in the photo....).

That would have been funny, in a sick way. I can picture the Wharf Sandbox now in my mind.

Congrats! imwjl.
And what a great prize - 60,000 grains of sand, one for each post?
I hope imwjl doesn't live in very humid climes where the castle may droop?
