Well, I now have some answers to why I feel like crap. I got the results of my blood tests and evrything is out of whack! I may be diabedic (I will know for sure when I see the Dr. next week) my blood sugar is high, my thyroid is high, my cholesterol is high, my testosterone levels are low. No wonder I feel like crap!!
Prayers would be appreciated!

I hope all goes well. I know what it is like to receive a set of unsettling medical test results. Stay positive and next week you will likely find that your prognosis is better than you dared hope.

Deistic-type prayers on the way to you. Hope they help, and all the best. (Science sometimes gets it wrong you know?)

I do want you to improve, be well, and live large, Bill. I will intercede to that end.
I was reminded again today on NPR of the value of diet and exercise on type 2 diabetes.

Thanks Charlie...I have been a cyclist for many years and eat healthy. Diabetes runs in my family so that is why I have inherited it despite my best efforts.

I did not realize you were a cyclist, Bill. I ride several times as week on the back country roads where I live. Yes, I am aware of the genetic predisposition for type 2. That NPR article is here, www.npr.org/blogs/thesalt/2013/06/18/192810562/hot-dogs-bacon-and-red-meat-tied-to-increased-diabetes-risk
