I posted this here, as it is 1) viewable by members and "guests", and 2) this sub-Forum, which a number of us thought showed promise, seems to get virtually no action (hey, Mr. Derusha: WE MISS YOU!!! ). Sordello has raised the possibility of offering a sub-forum on books, articles (perhaps from current periodicals, like NEWSWEEK, TIME, AMA Journal, etc) or reading materials; one could write a review, or "abstract" on something, and the primary rule is it does NOT have to be some "weighty and profound tome." Any authors or genre from Stephen King, Danielle Steel to Leo Tolstoy or Socrates is welcome. In other words, it isn't set up to be some high-falutin' academically elite scholars-only place. Would anyone be interested in this? Please take a few seconds to register a Poll Pref. Thanks!

I've selected the nuclear wings option not just because I'm hungry (I've skipped lunch) but as I'm not sure I would post much to a Book subforum although I'd still probably read it. I vote we give it a go and see what transpires.
